I am extremely dissatisfied with VP Games. I purchased an xbox carrying case (12/19/10), and paid extra to ensure that it would arrive before Christmas Eve.
I received a shipping confirmation email from them saying that it had shipped, but UPS only says that the "billing information was received," which means it truly was never shipped. They will not answer my emails, answer their phone, or reply to messages left on their answering machine.
It is now 12/30, and the UPS status remains the same and we have yet to hear from VP Games. On their website, the item I purchased is now backordered, although it wasn't when I ordered it.
Do NOT purchase from this website. They are unreliable, do not update their inventory, and the customer service is horrible (if not non-existent). Save yourself the headache.
