Where to start? I could write about the huge array of products OWC has, the very right price for those products (and if you find these too expensive, they have a garage sale on a large number of products on a regular base), the en lasting support they offer (by e-mail or on the phone, even if your thousands of miles away…), the quality of the products, the how-to videos and so on and so on.

Although we don't live in the USA (and we are not necessarily interested in all of their products), they are one of our preferred resellers. We do check their website on a regular base, especially when we are buying new or upgrading our Macs, looking for memory (RAM of HD), accessories, …

Finally: we do recommend OWC to family, friends, other Apple users and colleagues.
(And that, we only do when we are really satisfied with a supplier / reseller!)
