The service is very fast and friendly. I personnally talked to John Fierst on my online order and he was definitely the best guy to talk to... (makes you wish that all the online stores had these kind of guys to do business with...) My Asus W2J is working perfectly and I am very pleased with the way I was treated as a customer. There was a change with the screen resolution (from Asus) and John e-mailed me and also left me a voice message about my pre-order and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel or go ahead with it (at a lower price). So, If you want to buy something from Star Tech, Go right ahead, they care about their customers. I would not hesitate 1 minute about ordering anything from them again... (in a few years when my W2J will become obsolete!)
