I also paid an additional $20 on top for two-day shipping. 48hrs go by, and I never get an invoice through my email. I was really anxious and worried this whole time; hoping to god it was on it\u0027s way. Three whole days go by, and I havn\u0027t received anything. No invoice, no package. But a-ho!! I check my account and I was charged $60 something dollars. So where was it? I call customer service. The guy assures me that they don\u0027t charge anyone\u0027s account until the product is shipped, yet I was staring at my statement while calling him. I tell him I\u0027m looking at the charges, I SEE them, yet he continues to lie to me and changes the subject. He assures me that he will fix my problem and find out what happened. I never got a call back. I was never refunded my shipping money. I got the item FOUR weeks after I ordered the damn thing. They have great products, but the customer service is deplorable and they need better follow-up.
