Beware! I live in Brazil and bought a pump, a reservouir and a VGA waterblock paid for EMS service and took 3 weeks to receive and to my surprise PPC send me the wrong block. My vga is a GTX 470 and they send me a HD6050 block.
Well the customer service ask me to send the item back by the cheapest way avaliable and send the tracking number and after that they refund my money (shipping) and ship the correct block.
I was very happy with the attention that they gave me at the begging but to my surprise again they send by First-Class Internacional, the absolute cheapest way avaliable. They should paid EMS or at least First Class Priority because of the tracking number. I'm realy upset because sometimes first class take 3 months to be delivered and the tracking number only work in US territory. So I ask them to refund me and if I receive the package ill send it back the same way i did before with my money but they refused.
Order date: 10/25/2011 and no block.
BEWARE, FOR THEM THE CLIENT DOESN'T worth $30. I live in Brazil so i cant solve this.
At least they are happy and $30 richer. I feel like an idiot and theres nothing i can do about it. Next time ill buy with FrozenCPU.
PS: I spend $1257,77 with PPC in 2 orders and this is the treatment I got. Nice one PPC know you can buy a steak with the 30 bucks saved hope you enjoy it.
