first the duration. lets just say.....at first i am very doubtful of the service if this is a scam or what. coz it took them two weeks to ship my package. but in fairness, in that two weeks. they keep me updated and they always keep in touch for my concerns. for me that is a big thing, that is what customer service is all about. and in fairness also, they only took two weeks because the watch was a special order watch.

about the packing, lets just say. AVERAGE. not that good and not that bad also. just enough for the package to be able to arrive in one piece. its just that it is not that presentable. when you see the package.. it doesn't excite you or something... but.....i must say they handle the package pretty well.

about what is inside ( of course its my order ).
i know what is inside but when i open, it still made my heart pounding like crazy. hehehehhe... what a beautiful site to see... the watch i ordered for my wife.... WOW.... i must say it is just like what i imagined it to be.... an authentic watch and no replica....
