I am in the same boat as most of you. I ordered my Dyson 25 on Sept. 22, 2010. I've called many times and heard the same old story that it was on back order. Yet, I could go to my local home store and find it on the shelf. I finally, after being extremely patient, asked for a refund from some guy named Harry. Harry tried to sell me another vacuum as long as I would pay for it, then I would receive the refund for the other vac in 31 business days. Luckily I stuck with my gut reaction and told Harry just give me the refund. I'm still waiting for a refund that I now know will never happen from Factor Direct Superstore. Now I will have to dispute this purchase with Visa. To Harry and the other made up name associates -- I hope you get caught on your scam.
