My experience with Imedmart:
- Placed order on 1/3/11.
- After 7 days, order inquiry still showed pending shipment
- Used sellers website "contact us" to inquire and asked them to email me with status
- Seller instead called and left me a voice mail with no information, just to call him
Attempted to call seller. Sellers automated voice phone system said the call wait time was too long and that I needed to email them (loop).
- On Thursday 1/13/11 I used the seller website "cancel order function"
- Received email that day saying cancel request "has been seen" !!!
- Two days later, on 1/15 seller emailed me saying order shipped late due to backordered items (provided shiper tacking #) which is 12 days after order placed, yet sellers FAQ page says they will partial ship if there are backordered items (contradiction)
- Seller would not respond to email to confirm shipment or cancellation
_ Two days later again, seller charged credit card (1/17)
- Four days after seller "claimed" he shipped items, shipper inquiry by tracking number says, "no record of item"

After waiting 16 days from when placed order, still in limbo.
Conclusion:
- Seller does not honor what he claims on FAQ page (backordered items/partial ship)
- Website does not indicate out of stock or backordered items
- They have a cancel order function, however do not honor order cancellation requests
- Forget about trying to talk to a person or receive an answer to an email
- Prices are not the lowest
- You are at this person's mercy after placing an order - zero customer service and no complaint resolution/attention
- Seems unethical that seller allows order cancellation and then "says" he ships anyways two days later (have good reason to suspect did not ship for atleast four days after cancel request)
