UPS lost all 3 of my packages... All 3 were scheduled for delivery on the same day & all 3 were shipped to different addresses!!! Filed a claim with Newegg & they're working on taking care of me. I had tried to call UPS earlier on the day and they gave me the run around and said "well, someone signed for it... Nothing we can do..." DUDE! It was never delivered to me! Of course someone else signed for it! They confirmed that it WAS NOT delivered to me & still tried to stiff me. I was outraged & shot an email to Newegg, Leonard over at NE took care of me. He was very understanding & even though it was not Neweggs fault they had no problem stepping up and dealing with UPS. Leonard told me it will take up to 7-10 days (no problem, considering that I thought I was going to get ripped off because of UPS) to process the claim and send me a replacement order. He also ensured that this time they will be using Fedex. I Hate UPS... I made a promise to myself to avoid using them if possible ever again... UPS basically had told me that because there was a signature for the package I was out of luck and there was nothing they can do... Even though they admitted to mis-delivering the 3 packages!!! By the time I was off the phone with UPS, I was ready for a heart attack... I HATE UPS. I love NEWEGG! They are #1 in customer service. They have once again saved my day!!!! Newegg is the #1 online store!!!! I never should of even called UPS... All they did was piss me off.
