“Mr. Deslover,
When your product is received back in our warehouse credit will be issued based on our findings at that time. If we are indeed at fault and showed an incorrect image for the item full credit will be issued. When credit is issued back to your original form of payment, we will be unable to credit the cost you incurred to return the product. I will issue a check immediately for the cost of the return when we resolve the issue and the original credit is issued.”
