I am very happy with the products. The descriptions of the products and performance have been fine. The website left something to be desired. I had purchased from R1Concepts before but I didn't have my account information handy at the time. It was difficult to check out because of this. Other websites handle logins much more elegantly. The website recognized my e-mail address and wouldn't let me log on. I tried to contact LiveChat, but it was just another e-mail into never never land. No one was there and it didn't help. After I finally was able to enter credit card info and placed the order, I received double e-mails back. Both e-mails sent to the same address. I was worried I might get 2 shipments.

Online business is the way to go, but it has to work well and make things easy for your customer. I purchase many items directly online as part of my business. These are primarily industrial components. I see all varieties of web sites and logins. The ones that don't work don't get repeat business.
