HIGHLY reccomend this copany, I have made several puchases now, enough to write an accurate review. I am VERY impressed with this companys customer service. After an item I received had a slight function problem, I contacted them and thier response was prompt, and more than willing to take care of it. I returned it for exchange, they reimbursed me for shipping, and got me a new one out that functions just fine. They deserve cudo's! check them out! Thier deal's are great too!

I would NOT recommend this company. The item I ordered was not as described on the website, security camera, Item# CM805CA it does not have 30 LED's it only has 24 also it does not have audio, two misrepresentations on the same item. I tried to get a refund, but they would not pay for me to ship it back. I must have E-mailed them over twenty times trying for resolution, they declined and told me to ship back myself. They finally offered a partial refund after I opened a dispute with paypal, I accepted it and they never did follow through. Very disappointed, still have the misrepresented item that I cant even use, I got ripped off. I never will do business with this company again! UPDATE: I received the $10 patial refund in my paypal accnt. the day after posting here, but it is too little too late. I still have the unused item in the box. They have been emailing and calling my home offering a coupon to change my reveiw, I have requested over and over that they change the description so others won't get ripped off. I have previous emails that they admit it's incorrect and will change it. Still not changed. Now after many more emails, they say it is correct. I am here to tell you it is NOT correct. Don't buy it. I origanally wrote this reveiw after NO resolution from this company. It shall stand. They think they can buy a good reveiw even when they won't accept responsibility. NO not here.

My first purchase with memorysuppliers. I would recommend them to anyone, I shopped diligently for a specific item and these guys had the best price, they shipped it the same day, and it showed up much faster than I ever could have imagined, I am very happy with their service!
