We ordered a 32" Panasonic LCD and paid for the two-day shipping. We were told our credit card would not be debited until the product shipped, but Dr. Plasma put the transaction through the same day. When confronted, Dr. Plasma said the product shipped and that we would be receiving a tracking number from UPS the following day. Three days later...no tracking number and no television. When confronted, their tactic is to put you on hold indefinitely. Three calls later, after being told again the product was "on the way," we were put on hold again. After 45 minutes, we called back on another phone and demanded an immediate credit. We also stated our intent to file a complaint with the New York Department of Consumer Affairs and New York Attorney General's office to expose their fraudulent business practices. To make sure, we also called VISA, explained the situation and had them reverse the charge. Based on our experience and other negative reviews here, Dr. Plasma is clearly not a legitimate company with a product inventory. They're playing some sort of money float game and need to be shut down. There is simply no chance the glowing reviews here are legitimate.
