Although other reviews of this shop are good, i did not have a positive experience. I ordered a skateboard from them 3 times bc everytime AFTER I ordered and paid, they came back and said the product was out of stock. but their website still showed they had it. i even ordered it over the phone once, and the next day they told me it was backordered. i called them several times and they didn't seem to know much, like if they actually had it or not. weren't overly friendly or apologetic. one promised to call me back and never did. long hold times on phone (20 mins). i was under a time constraint. eventually i got the product but not without a lot of headache. maybe they were too busy before xmas....
