5/5

I took a chance buying from Puget based on the incredible ratings here and elsewhere. This review will be exhaustively long so SPOILER ALERT: I paid for an incredible computer and got it, and more! If you would like the details...
After entering a quote on their very nicely designed website, I received and email a little over 2 hours later (on a Saturday evening, no less) letting me know that if I had any questions Puget would be available to answer them.
I placed my order the next week, and called to ask a few questions before my PC was built. My call was immediately answered by the very same person who'd emailed me (Wilson, I believe). He answered every question I had without missing a beat (I'm somewhat of a novice when it comes to minor differences in different model parts).
Even though the PC model I had chosen had no option to add extra programs such as Steam, Origin, iTunes, etc., Wilson happily added a note to my order for these things.
I placed my order on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Using Puget's amazingly simple and detailed order information system, I was able to see that my PC order was put in queue the next morning (Friday, May 25th). I figured assembly wouldn't begin until the next week on Tuesday (Monday being Memorial Day itself). My PC was finished and sitting on Puget's loading dock by Thursday, May 31st, afternoon. Impressive.
What was more impressive was the incredibly detailed information given about my PC's assembly, down to the second each test was run. I even received actual pictures of the finished product. Not stock pictures, mind you. Pictures of MY computer. As if this wasn't enough, Puget even does thermal imaging of each PC they make. That's right. I received infrared pictures of my PC's heat dissipation during idle and gaming settings. Wow.
Upon receiving my PC, it worked perfectly out of the box. Now, I know Puget prides themselves on making quiet PC's. Honestly, I don't care how loud or quiet mine is. But mine runs silently despite being one of their lower-range models. And I mean SILENTLY. The only way I can tell it's even on is by looking at the case lights. Even putting my ear down near it produces nothing. Simply amazing.
The PC came with a small box of all of the leftover nuts, bolts, cords, and plugs not used during its assembly. Each bag is labeled with a handy sticker clearly explaining its contents and their purpose. Also included was a nice notebook full of a PC startup FAQ, all of the documentation of my PC's assembly (including the aforementioned pictures), as well as all of the driver, recovery, and install discs for each part, AND several pages of contact information for each and every company who made the individual parts that made up my machine. Seriously. Also, Puget included the stack of manuals for each and every part in my PC.
I've never had such a perfect customer experience with a company in my life. The only area I would not rate them absolutely perfect on would be their pricing, but you get more than what you pay for with Puget. Much more. If you're reading RR.com for information on Puget Custom Computers do yourself a favor and give them all of your money. You will not be disappointed. Even their Better Business Bureau record is near perfect, which is almost unheard of with custom PC manufacturers.
I plan on being a Puget customer for years to come, and I'll be sending this PC back to them in a few years so I can experience Puget's amazing customer service again when I have them upgrade my system.
TL;DR
Give Puget Custom Computers your money. All of it. Right now.
