The one store in the world to have the component I needed! Phew.

I am slightly disappointed by the inability to ship to a non-billing address. I spoke to customer service about this and they weren't able to do anything. While I'll put up with it because there's no other place that I could buy the component I needed, I wouldn't shop here again knowing that I can't ship to a different, non-billing address as that adds a while of waiting for me, a travelling person.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Price matching, great deals come up every week, points get me free bonuses. And it's 100% Canadian. I've had 5 orders already, and I've dealt with customer service (to find out more about a product and to cancel part of an order that I realized I didn't want) - both experiences were great and took almost no time.

It feels good to shop here. Good job NCIX.
