I would sooner try and fashion an ADSL router out of some cardboard, bits of old radio and super glue, than order one from these guys in the future. Typical excuses such as \u0022rapid business expansion\u0022 and \u0022we are just so busy sir\u0022 were given when commenting on their poor service, for me this is just not acceptible. Poor service from start to finish.
