I ordered a washer, a dryer and a range from No1direct and did not hear from them for about 10 days after placing the order. And they were so hard to reach by phone. The very next day, amazingly, I received an email saying that the order was shipped, and I received all 3 items within 3 days after the shipping email. Good price, fast processing and no pressure at all.
