I've had two great experiences with BorrowLenses.com. When I went to return the second order, I discovered the prepaid label had not been included so I called customer service. The gentleman I spoke with (forgot his name) was personable and friendly (and didn't have a foreign accent!) He apologized for the mishap, emailed me a prepaid return label, and added a few extra days to return the rental.

Equipment has always been in great shape. I really enjoy doing business with this company. Until I can afford the extremely nice lenses I feel my customers deserve (wedding, commercial photography), I will continued to add nominal rental rate into the contracts to ensure a premium quality product.

BorrowLenses.com allows me to do more with less money.
