never had a problem just make sure the item has not been in your possession for thirty days and they will take it back. i bought it on the the fourth of july but it didn't arrive until the tenth and when it broke on the fifth of august they allowed my to send back. i have never had a problem with them just asked for the supervisor and he took it back remember thirty days in your possession and it is a bust. but if it isnt get a new one guaranteed. thank you again newegg. i used to run the phones for a call center don't blame them they don't know as much as you think and are just learning like you and me so remember thirty days in your possession. most places will tell you off these guys didn't so don't give up get r done.
