When we tried to ship a phone back for a repair they delayed it, returned it still not working and offered us only 10% money back, which is ridiculous since we gave so much money to ship it back twice! All products arrived shortly even though I\u0027m from a small country in Europe and usually deliveries are delayed from faraway distances. There have been no defects on the items, not on the outside nor in their software. They work great and support everything that has been described. <br>The site actually has got a really great team that answers questions on time and using good English, which I have noticed from my few years of internet shopping a rare event. The prices are reasonable and I will most definitely keep using their services in the future.
