I just had the worst customer service experience that I’ve encountered with any company before with the SportsMans Guide online (www.sportmansguide.com). I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, but no longer. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered merchandise that they either don’t send to me or they send me the wrong thing. They tout their return policy as being very easy. But when I call to discuss my issues, they argue with me and treat me like an idiot. I’ve had to walk them through their own ordering system before they admit that I ordered something, and then they send me 3 of the item. Upon another phone call they once again argue with me saying they only sent me 1. I even spoke to a supervisor, Tammie Larsen, after the regular service reps were incapable of helping me. She assured me it would all be taken care of only to mess up the return once again. They used to be very easy to deal with but in the last few years have become a nightmare. I will no longer do business with them. Avoid at all costs!
