I ordered a Hoover windtunnel pet rewind from Kohl's.com. I ended up finding one I liked better from another company. I called Kohl's customer service to cancel the order within 12 hous of placing the order and was assured by customer service the order was cancelled, so I purchased the vacuum I liked better from the other company and low and behold the vacuum I ordered from Kohl's arrived at my house. i emailed and called Kohl's to get this resolved and still have not. Their customer service is horrible and they definately need retrained. I will never order anything again from Kohl's.com and recommend you do not either.
