I contacted the store and within the hour received a response stating that Merkur was having problems with production. Lee told me that he would send the gold version instead if that was OK since it was exactly the same thing but in gold for no extra charge even though it costs $12 dollars more. I agreed and not only did he send me the razor, which is a beautiful piece, he sent me a bunch of free blades and some sample shaving creams.<br><br>Customer service does not get better than this! Placed my order Tuesday morning, it was delivered on Thursday afternoon in Chicago, with free shipping! Thats pretty sweet!<br><br>One problem I had was that they shipped the wrong cigarette lighter adapter. I gave them a call and they are shipping me a replacement with a return shipping label to send the wrong one back. No fighting with them or anything.<br><br>I highly recommend this store!
