These guys are hard-pressure sell and then don't deliver as promised. I ordered a digital camera (Casio Exilim Z850) with a memory card upgrade and a battery upgrade as part of a "value package." What a joke. They sent me a 1MG card instead of the 2MG card I ordered and a completely different camera! When I called to complain, the guy said, "That's an upgraded model." I said, "But it's not the camera I ordered!" Note: I wanted a specific feature that didn't come on the so called upgrade. The invoice doesn't break out any of the individual item prices, so I can't tell which items cost what. From the conversation with the original sales rep, I know that they sell the 1MG for around $100, when I can go to BestBuy and get it for $35. 20% restocking fee and too annoying. Now, I have to spend more to ship back the wrong camera and see if they can get it right. What a nightmare. Plus, their offices were completely shut down for an entire week in honor of Passover. Now, I have to wait an extra week for my exchange? Some skeleton crew should at least keep operations running!
