Received torn box with no mp3 player. Buy.com uses flimsy packaging and cheap mailing system and that's why I lost my mp3 player. I will not buy anything from buy.com in future nor recommend anyone to do the same. GOOD BYE BUY.COM.

I bourhgt I bought mushkin RAMs just before a year back. Usually I go for corsair or Kingston. However , I wanted to give a try to a unpopular brand. It was a big mistake, I made. Just after a year memories died. I started getting blue screen often on. I found out through memtest86 that mushkin memories had gone bad. I contacted mushkin tech support and they were very reluctant to move forward with replacing defective memory. I guess lifetime warranty for mushkin memory doesn’t work in real life, offcourse in paper. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST MEMORY MANUFACTURER.

I bought a PSU(Power supply unit) which is free after rebate. I mailed rebate form with proof of purchase and barcode on time. One month later got a card that says my claim denied because the purchase date is invalid. I called up the rebate processing agency and they told me they can’t do anything neither they will not accept the fax of the purchase proof. I followed up frys.com customer support. Thank God I always make a photocopy of the rebate details. I never had any problem of rebates with other online stores except frys. They asked me to fax all proofs and told me they will get back on next day. I faxed. Next day never came. I keep calling these crooks everyday .Eventually I got the Phone number of the frys rebate resolution department. It is very disgraceful that how these guys are tactfully embezzling customer’s money day by day in this country. Be careful if you buy any rebate related item. (a) Always make a photocopy of the rebate proofs. I already complained to attorney general and BBB of California. I will not give up until I get my money back from this dishonest store. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this tricky store. If any of you got cheated by frys please raise your voice .Here are the websites you can write your comments.

I had ordered few items from these people. I didn't get the product. I called them and asked them that UPS didn't deliver. The sales guy told me that go and talk to UPS. Had I known how less they care about customer, I shouldn't have ordered from them.Don't get allured with there price. That's what I did and caught into trouble. It is you get what you pay for. I will never recommend anyone to do buisness with this merchant. Please stay away from twstore (TECH WORLD) store.

Worst service. They delivered my package to different address and that person's package to my address. After paying such a hefty shipping don't expect such a poor service from UPS. I would prefer FedEX and ask people to stay away from UPS.
