Unprofessional customer service agents. I asked on of the online agents (Mikelson Clemat) to change the address right after the order is submitted, the agents confirms the change of address, but the package is still shipped to the wrong adress.<br>3. Unhelpful customer service agents. When I called tigerdirect the next day to follow up, most customer service agents are not helpful.
