I'm speaking from my own terrible experience with Big On Digital. I ordered an olympus digital camera in July from their online store. It took more than three weeks before I recieve it. And it turned out to be a used one. So I called and returned the camera at my own expense. Another three weeks passed, the exchanged camera arrived. This time it's a defective one. The USB connection to PC not work! Called them again, no explaination, no sorry. Just asked me to return it again at my own expense. They did agree to refund my original cost, but only after two month waiting and many frustrated calls. I don't believe it's an conincident they made two mistakes in a row. It has to make me wonder if they really ever sell anything new or good! So be carefull shoppers!
