They delivered 3 weeks late after the website stated that they had 20 in stock. Then, when there was a fault, they have refused to honour the extended three year warranty my 13 year old son bought on a Fujitsu Siemens laptop. Laptops Direct believe that laptops are not designed to be unplugged therefore the faulty power socket on the motherboard must be my sons fault. I am seeking redress through the courts and trading standards are investigating this company.
