Placed an order on Feb 4th for some E2320T-PN Monitors. Items were suppose to ship Feb 24th. It takes 3 weeks to ship? Oh well, didn't cancel as I needed the monitors.
A week later I emailed them as my LCDs have not shipped yet. I get an apology and they cannot speed up the shipment as its already being picked for shipping. Another week goes by and again I email them. Same thing, they cannot do anything as its already being shipped. and another week. My third time communicating with them asking why it has taken 6 weeks to ship my monitors. This time they admit there is an issue with their system and they will ship them asap. That was about 4 days ago. Still my order is unshipped. This product is from Amazon's own warehouse and not a 3rd party store. I am very disatisifed and can't believe the lack of support and customer service I have received especially from such a large company.
If you need product from them, I would suggest you be willing to wait several months for your product to ship.
Very poor service and lack of communication and action to resolve an issue.
