I recently purchased 2 laptops for our kids for Christmas. They opened the boxes and they had problems right away. I tried to return them or get a refund and finally just gave up. If your buying nickle and dime stuff that,s great but save your money on any bigger items. They will not back their products. I will pay a little more at a reputable store that backs what they sell and know that if there is a problem I can get it fixed or refunded.
