I ordered a shirt from this site 3 months ago and I never received it. They dont answer the phone or reply to my emails.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

UPDATE: I cant believe it but out of the blue my shirt arrived in the mail today. Still though I would reccomend avoiding this site since 3 months is a ludicrous amount of time to wait for an order to be shipped.

I recently was in the market for a new gaming desktop and although I originally had intended to build it from scratch myself I realized that it would cost very little more to just order a machine with the same specs from cyberpower. I figured that it was worth it to pay a little more solely for the 3-year warranty and for saving the time it would take me to build. My purchasing experience was overall pretty good. The machine did take two weeks to arrive but when it did it everything was working fine. Upon closer inspection though I realized that neither the rear 120mm case fan or the temperature gauge were working properly. Being that I do PC repairs for a living these were both trivial for me to fix (the power connections were disconnected) but it probably wouldn't be for the average consumer. Aside from that though everything else works fine and I would recommend cyberpower to anyone looking for a decent budget gaming machine.
