I ordered a dog clock from DirectSourceinc.com and then read that the company was a shifty company. There isn't a phone number on their website so I called the Better Business Bureau and they gave me the telephone number from the company in question. For the ones who got scammed I am now putting the phone number that they wont give you into this review. Hope this helps at least one person to get their money back or rectify their Direct Source problem. The Direct Source number is: 1-203-284-8334. Good luck in your attempt to rectify this obvious growing scam.
