A very pleasant experience overall. I am a member of the 3D animation industry, and I was in the market for a high-end, fully customized computer system that was also reasonably priced. A few of my friends and co-workers had previously ordered from AVA Direct and fully endorsed the company. After reviewing their website and seeing the wide variety of parts and services they had available, I knew that they were exactly the company that I was looking for.

Their online support system is fantastic. I was able to easily get ahold of Joe Mundy through the AVA Direct forums and he field all of my questions regarding costs and the acquisition of specific parts. The helpful service and accounting staff led by Asya Sonis helped guide me through any hang-ups in the processing of my order. My computer came in excellent shape and the processing time was quick consiering it was an entirely custom project. Finally, after receiving my rig, the technical support team is available to answer any questions that arise, both over the phone and through email. Vedran Ikonic was intrumental in helping me adjust my overclocking settings after a hiccup. The system works beyond my expectations and the staff was extremely helpful and made my experience a great one.
