They always ship right away and I usually receive my stuff early and in great condition. The one time I had to RMA something they were extremely nice about and got the replacement product right away. I recently signed up for there new \u0022preferred account\u0022 membership and they called me to confirm that it was actually me that signed up, to make sure it wasnt fraudulent. Any company that goes that far to protect customers is great...and I respect them majorly for it.
