“The delay encountered on this order is related to a problem with the clearinghouse that this order was submitted to. This type of delay is rare and we are no longer using this particular clearinghouse due to the problems we have experienced and the impact on our customer's satisfaction.
This customer states that they have written to customer service and did not receive a response. Best Deal Magazines disputes this statement as the customer did receive our responses and did respond to our responses. The first e-mail received by Best Deal Magazines was on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 1:20 PM. On Friday, November 19, 2010 12:15 PM we responded to the customer noting that his order would begin with the February 2011 issue which will be received in late December or early January. On Friday, November 19, 2010 12:30 PM the customer responded back asking about the delayed start. On Mon 11/22/2010 3:00 PM we responded to him apologizing for the delay and explaining why the delay was encountered. As you can see there was correspondence back and forth between this customer and Best Deal Magazines. ”
