I ordered the Canon Powershot S5 camera, which BTW is a very nice camera, and received it within a few days, and that was with FREE SHIPPING! The ordering process was painless and I was quite satisfied with my first order from US1Camera. They will definitely be on my "A" list.

I ordered a box of 80 Rayovac AAA alkaline batteries, and knowing the Rayovac name, and the fact that they are alkaline batteries, I thought I couldn't go wrong. Boy was I wrong. After several failures in such equipment as my wife's insulin pump and my son's scientific calculator, I decided to take a digital voltmeter to the batteries. To my surprise about 25% of the batteries were DOA, and most others showed way under the 1.5 to 1.6 volts you normally should see with fresh alkaline batteries. I'd say about 10% or less were over 1.5v. The date code on the batteries are 2012, so in my estimation I believe Heartland bought a load of these "factory seconds" and pawned them off on an unsuspecting public. I called customer service today and was politely told there's nothing that can be done since it's been over their alloted return time period. No problem, but they will never get another dime out of me....

The initial order was shipped promptly. I decided to return an item to exchange for another item and that's where the trouble began. The item was shipped back via Priority Mail and since it's just in the next state (from NY to NJ) it should have gotten there within two or three days at the most. A full week after shipping the return was acknowledged. I then received an email stating that due to a scratch on the unit a 20% restocking fee was imposed. Amazing, since I double-boxed the item to be sure it would arrive safe and it was in perfect condition when I shipped. Here it is several days later and the exchange item still hasn't been shipped. So, although they have great initial shipping, if you think you might return the item I would think twice about ordering from this company and go with a company like www.music123.com

A solid company to deal with. One of the items I received in a recent order was defective and I was able to send it back without calling to receive an RMA number since it's included in the shipping information. I promptly received a replacement for the defective item. Great service and great prices....AAA+++

Ordered a Zenith combo vcr/dvd player on April 7th and it arrived on April 9th, and that was with standard shipping. That's what I call great service. Item was packaged well, and the price couldn't be beat. They advised when it shipped (next day)and provided the tracking number.
Definfinitly will buy from Elec. Expo again.

Did a search for a DVD burner replacement for my laptop. Got prices of 370.00, 330.00, and found if for 168.00 delivered at ESBuy. Item was well packaged and shipping was very fast. I hadn't expected the bonus software that was included since it was a "bare" OEM drive, but was very happy they included it. Plus, they even threw in a nice T-shirt. This company is definitely on my "A" list.

Although I was spectacle about ordering a large screen TV from a mail order company, Buydig's price was too good to pass up. Ordered a Westinghouse LCD TV on 4/15 and it arrived exactly the time the shipping company said it would. The unit was in perfect condition on arrival and I'm very happy with the unit. Definitely a brand-new unit, not a refurb or open-box. Although I've heard horror stories of companies calling after the order is placed, trying to get you to buy extended warranties and other additional equipment, Buydig was happily not like those companies. Just a smooth purchase transaction. As in the past, they came through for me again.

Ever hear of a retailer that ships too fast. This is one. I was hoping the better half would be at work when the package arrived, but to my suprise the package was delivered in only 2 days, causing me to do some quick thinking.
This is the second time ordering from 6Ave.com and both times went without a hitch, and the price couldn't be beat. Definitely on my preferred retailer list.

Avoid this retailer like the plague. Ordered an item in Sept., cancelled the order a week later when it hadn't shipped. It's been almost six weeks since the cancellation and still no credit to my credit card....and this is for an item that never even shipped. No excuses for this extremely bad service.

Two minor complaints: They don't take American Express, so I paid using Paypal, and that was a bit confusing. That said, I'm glad they take Paypal. I wish other sites that won't accept Amex gave you that option.
Also, getting them on the phone involved waiting several rings before someone picked up.
All in all, the laptop hard drive I ordered was delivered quickly, was exactly as ordered, and the price was great. I would definitely order from them again.
