Wow..I thought B&H was pretty good. I had best online purchase experience with these guys.
I ordered Metz 58 on saturday and received it on wednesday morning. I think they processed my order on Monday so it only took 2days to get my flash.
They had best price on internet and had free shipping on top of that.
Packaging was very secure too.
I will definately buy from them again.
I am loving this flash so much I had to right this review to give prop to Norman Camera becasue i am so happy with the product and buying experience.

Unfortunately I never received any emails from them (confirmation & tracking) but I think thats my email problem. But I called them anyway.. They had great customer service over the phone.

Ordered Sigma 10-20 through ebay.
Transaction was smooth.
Received my item in 5 days just as I expected.

Lens had a small scratch on the front glass.
But I am sure its Sigma's QC issue, not the 47st photo's.

I quickly called 47st and they kindly gave me a RA # so I returned it next day.

They sent me the replacement which was perfect.

I would deal with them again.

However, few things I really didn't like.

1. Do not send them an email. They will not respond whatsoever. It useless. Just call them. They will answer and they have pretty good customer service over the phone.

2. This lady in customer department was very rude. But other guys were really kind and helpful.

Ordered Compact Flash from them through Amazon.
After 4days of them not shipping my item, I wrote an email asking about the status of my order. About an hour later I got a reply saying my order has been cancelled due to item being out of stock.
I checked Amazon right away to see if that same item is still on the listing.
Guess what? Still on there w/ same price and indicated as "in stock".
They basically wasted my time.
What a horrible experience.
I wonder if all those positive feedbacks on Amazon are legit.

I ordered three times and all arrived in secured packages on time as they provided its tracking info.
One time my tracking info was not working on UPS website so I emailed them asking a question and they replied twice. once right after i submit my question and another one at later that day. Pretty darn good service if you ask me.

That tracking # worked later as they informed me on that replies.

Ordered Canon rebel XT with kit lense for little over $400.
Received a confirmation letter with nothing but order #.
Tried to call them to verify my order during their business hour but could not talk to anyone for 30 min.
Then I received an email saying my order has been back ordered which wil take about 7~8 weeks.
I felt something was definately wrong and did little research and found out that this company is total scam.
They did not take any money but I had to cancel my card and get a new one after hearing horror stories about them.
I cancelled my order via email and phone. Of course I did not get any reply on email confirming my cancellation but I had a chance to talk to one of the customer service representatives. Fortunately he was not very rude about cancelling the order.
I consider myself lucky.

Estimated time arrival of ring was 3/14.
Received on 3/5.
Very smooth, fast and secure transaction/delivery.
Will deal with them again.
