I spoke with several customer service advisors that assured me that the phone would be available. On 12\/30, the date changed to 1\/12. I called customer service to ask about the date change. It was explained to me that the date was not guaranteed and that on 1\/12, the phone may get pushed again. Terrible service. If you don\u0027t have the phones to sell, don\u0027t sell them.
