Sorry again no reciept number and I don't want to list account number.

I am so unhappy with my Iphone 4 and the lack of help or concern. I know the screen is too sensative and they are not even admitting the problem. UGH! I hang up on people, mute them, etc anything like that because my cheek activates all the buttons on the screen.

This is a great store but a tad unorganized at times. I love the clothes. My biggest grip is the long wait for a dressing room and to pay. Seems like they would make more fitting rooms and add cashiers. I loe the closes so I always end up waiting.
