The product specifications indicated clearly in two location that the toner the I order was \u0022By Samsung\u0022 and Brand Name \u0022Samsung\u0022 however I received a generic toner. I noted that the same entity also sold clearly marked generic toners that were marked as \u0022By Generic\u0022 for a lesser price. I requested they send the correct OEM toner and provide S&H to return this one, denied. I requested a price match with the generic toner, denied. I requested an RMA to return this item and they simply cover the S&H due to the misleading listing, denied.
