The worst online ordering per in-store pick up. I have been ordering online for a very long time. As with other stores, when it states that item is "in stock", it means you can purchase and pick-up on same day. However, Sears is MISLEADING the customer. I needed a code scanner STAT to diagnose my car and Sears online stated they have the item "in stock" and available for pick up. So I made the purchase. After the finalized purchase, it stated the item will not be available until 4-6 days later.I waited over 20 hours and received only the purchase confirmation but still no pick up confirmation. I went to the specified store to find out why the long wait issues. When I arrived at the Online merchandise pick up area, they told me the item is not available and they have not yet receive a complete transaction. To prove that the item is "in stock" I went to the tool section and there it was the "Actron CP9550 Pocket Scan Plus" all line up in the rack. It was such a headache, I just decided to cancel the online purchase and made a in store purchase.
It sucks, because I did not get the online discounted price.
