The worst online ordering per in-store pick up. I have been ordering online for a very long time. As with other stores, when it states that item is "in stock", it means you can purchase and pick-up on same day. However, Sears is MISLEADING the customer. I needed a code scanner STAT to diagnose my car and Sears online stated they have the item "in stock" and available for pick up. So I made the purchase. After the finalized purchase, it stated the item will not be available until 4-6 days later.I waited over 20 hours and received only the purchase confirmation but still no pick up confirmation. I went to the specified store to find out why the long wait issues. When I arrived at the Online merchandise pick up area, they told me the item is not available and they have not yet receive a complete transaction. To prove that the item is "in stock" I went to the tool section and there it was the "Actron CP9550 Pocket Scan Plus" all line up in the rack. It was such a headache, I just decided to cancel the online purchase and made a in store purchase.
It sucks, because I did not get the online discounted price.

Ordered many items from Meritline.com throughout the years. Fast shipping, fast confirmation. All items are as advertised. Not sure about RETURN issue or payment issue, never had the problem yet.

I purchased two REFURB. Blackberry phones. Tigerdirect.com provided tracking number and the shipment was delivered on time. One of the item came with a defective battery. Tigerdirect.com immediately authorized a return. Then later refunded when they received the return item. I have always trusted Tigerdirect.com and will continue to buy from them.

BEWARE of Digital4cheap.com, they will scam you when they can. I made a purchased on October 7,2008 and made payment via PayPal. I was given confirmation and tracking number. I would check the tracking daily for 2 weeks and the package did not move. It is now October 20th, and the package still was in the same location, GILBERT, AZ. I contacted Digital4cheap.com and the email reply stated that my item has shipped. After I made several complaints with USPS and constant emails to Digital4cheap.com I finally received a working tracking number. However, when the package arrived it was not the item I purchase. I ordered a Dual BTM60 3 meter Bluetooth Interface Module and I got a small pack of cheap double AA batteries delivered.
