After not receiving any info about my first order, I had to email them to find out an item was on back order and they didn't know when it would ship. I canceled that order and ordered other similar parts and one of them came in wrong. Two weeks and three emails later, including a photo clearly showing the wrong parts in a bag correctly tagged, I've been told I do have the correct parts and I don't get a refund. And in no uncertain words informed that I'm too stupid to tell the difference between a 3/8" part and a 1/2" part. Because, to quote them, "...fittings are difficult things." Overcoming my handicap, I picked up the 1/2" fittings at a local Ace store to complete my project. Fortunately, the Pentek filters I'll be needing over the years are available from waterfilters dot net competitors. Also note, every communication was started by me; they never sent me an email on their own.

Fast processing and shipping. For the item I purchased, pricing was almost 1/2 of all the other "big time" e-retailers.

I ordered a New Air AF-340 cooler which, while not defective, turned out to be an inferior product. Air-n-Water accepted my criticisms and exchanged it at no charge whatsoever for a Symphony Surround. They paid all shipping. The whole process was nearly transparent and took all of three days. Excellent service and support! (BTW, the Symphony Surround is the best personal evap cooler I've ever owned.)

PC Club built a system to my specs at a price that couldn't be beat saving me about $350 over a "name" PC with similar specs but lesser hardware (no one was selling a box with an E8400 or a hard drive with a 32MB buffer). The monitor rebate came back in two weeks - the fastest rebate I've EVER received. At the time, the Phoenix store was moving to a new location and making some personnel changes and yet communication was good with only one minor exception. Good company, good prices, good people!

I purchased an Amcor APC2000E air conditioner on May 13 and it arrived on the 16th. Within 2 days, it started making a loud rumbling noise. I used the online form to report it and requested an exchange. On the 27th I had a new unit and on the 28th UPS picked up the bad one. I was kept up to date via email and there were no extra charges. One could not ask for better service!
