I ordered with standard delivery. They shipped the next day, and it arrived the day after that. No hassles. Outstanding.

I greatly disliked the amount of time (days) they spend verifying address/phone. When I order something next day air, I expect it next day air. Once they finally filled the order things were fine. Their staff was friendly and nice. However, their verification process means no more orders from me.

Soon after this, newegg refunded the shipping and asked me to improve my rating to very satisfied. I will meet them halfway. They have been very nice to deal with, better than most, but I stand behind what I said above. They are trying to verify my home phone when I am at work.

They contacted me AGAIN a month after this, asking me to raise my rating again. No way. I raised it once already. Deal with it.

Like an idiot, i placed an order without checking their rating. The hard sell phone call came the next morning. People, when i order something with next day air, i expect it to just show up the next day, no questions asked. It turns out their website lies about what is in stock. I called every day to get a tracking number, only to be told the camera was due in that day. They gave up after a week and charged back my card. Simply terrible.
