I ordered a Canon SD650 IS camera because of the good price and review of Millenium that I saw on a web page that compared it and other sellers. I wish that I could find that web page again. Today, I received an email from millenium saying that I had to call them in order for them to proceed. This is highly unusual for internet orders. After trying to get through multiple times and waiting for 30 minutes, I had second thoughts about purchasing the camera from them. When Alan finally answered, I told him that they had convinced me that I wanted to cancel the order. After insulting me repeatedly for being upset with their response, he finally confirmed that the order was canceled. To their credit, I did receive a follow up email message saying that the order was canceled.
I have never had this kind of "service" before, and I hope to never have it again.
