I was hesitant about ordering from them because they were new, but then I saw that they had google checkout so I decided to give them a chance. My mistake.
I had tried to order a X3350 through them. The order was "in processing: new googlecheckout order"... 3 days... i've used google checkout at least a dozen times with no problems what so ever through buy.com.
I put in a cancel order on the second day since they didn't answer phones, and when you tried to get to an operator, it would say that the number has been canceled.
I left a message on thier answering machine, and got no reponse back. on the day after I left an email to cancel (since that was the only way to contact them) they sent me an email saying that my package was shipped 2day fedex... but they didn't give me a tracking number?
they aren't that good in communicating at all and they've already charged my account.

Ok... they've responded to this review, but they have yet to respond to any of my emails, or phone calls.

*** I've recieved my X3350 last night with much deliberation. Turns out that my package was sent through wrong shipping method and package was recieved 5 days later than expected... I got it for a great price. I'll be sure to communicate with them first before I buy again to make sure everything is hunky-dory... :D

“We typically notify all orders of back-order status and answer all emails. You we're right though, we haven't been able to call everyone back who has called and we're looking at hiring more staff to answer phones.
The 3350's sold out in minutes when listed and some orders were delayed however i don't beleive any of them were delayed longer than the 24-48 hour window without being told why.
We like to ship fast, but sometimes issues happen. Thanks for your review.”
