This was my second order from QVC and both were very positive, first order was a select comfort mattress which turned out very well, and this order was for an HP Touchpad. After several disappointing cancellations from other retailers that oversold, I was pleasantly surprised that QVC had such an accurate inventory tracking system-and after the order was placed I called and had it changed to expedited shipping by a CSR-and they were pleasant to boot. Thanks so much QVC, I will be back!

I learned very fast how important it is shop with a website that is well rated by its customers. We bought a Nikon D80, and Beach Camera had a very competitive price amongst quality websites. After a month of using the camera, my brother(who has a D70) noticed our D80 had a dead pixel-and sending an 1100+ camera to the factory for warranty repairs(and likely getting a refurbished camera back) was very disheartening to us. If we wanted a refurbished camera we would have bought one!
We called Beach Camera and explained the situation, asking if they would make an exchange. Charles was very nice to work with and agreed to make an exception because we did not even know the camera was defective until my brother looked at it. We went through 2 camera bodies before finding a perfect one(Nikon's problem-do a search for dead pixels/nikon d80)with Beach Camera helping us all along. I can't imagine an Ebay seller or a poorly rated website doing that...plus odds are if you order at Ebay or a a shady site you will wind up with a "gray market" camera. Be smart, buy at an established, well rated company. I will be back to Beach Camera.
