Tech For Less abruptly canceled our orders as we\u0027re outside the US. <br><br>So we had someone in the States order for us who then received an email from Tech For Less asking why they ordered this product as it would not work in the US.<br><br>The product finally shipped and you can query our satisfaction in a couple of months when our order arrives via ocean freight.<br><br>We hope our next order is processed with less difficulty. “I apologize that your first order was canceled. We try to contact ur customers to verify that they are aware they are purchasing a unit that will not work in the United States. This is to avoid additional costs on both sides. The email for the second order was sent because the shipping address was located in the United States.
