I ordered a 2x1024MB OCZ Value RAM kit on Monday with UPS EXPRESS shipping, my credit card is immediately charged, but I do not receive a confirmation email. I call Dangeo the next day, and they say there was a screw up with the system. They confirm my order, shipping method, and address. On Thursday my order ships, but UPS tracking shows standard shipping. I needed this kit this week, and now I have to wait until Tuesday or Thursday? Unacceptable.
I called Dangeo and they refunded the full shipping cost, but I really needed that part last week. All in all, the service was great, and the reps were friendly and professional. A good place to shop as long as their shipping department get their bearings.
